Women's Section Rules and Regulations

Please note that compliance with the following instructions is an essential condition for continuing study at the institute.

    Attending the weekly memorization session with the teacher is mandatory. Missing two consecutive sessions will result in the student being removed from the session.

    Attending the 'Tuhfat Al-Atfal' and 'Al-Muqaddimah Al-Jazariyyah' courses is mandatory on Sundays and Wednesdays at 8:00 PM Egypt time. Missing two consecutive sessions will lead to final dismissal from the institute.

    Please note that obtaining a passing certificate is limited to those who complete the course entirely from beginning to end in accordance with the specified guidelines.

    Attending all Holy Quran and Tajweed exams is mandatory for all students.

    Commitment to memorization according to the Mutashabihat curriculum and daily recitation with the assigned companion. Failure to send the 'Tamam' (completion status) for three consecutive days will result in a warning. Receiving two consecutive warnings will result in the student's removal from the institute.

    The student's final grade at the end of the academic year is calculated as follows: 20% for the Holy Quran, 30% for Tajweed, 50% for the final exam.

    Commitment to using the same phone number in all exams and forms of the institute. Registering or testing using a different phone number will result in the results being withheld or invalidated.

    Refraining from joining any other memorization groups inside or outside the institute throughout the study period, in order to maintain commitment to the educational plan and the prescribed daily portion (Wird), and to achieve maximum benefit from the academic program.
